Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital goods

Super Lakshmi sells virtual credit packs and subscriptions that are used only for entertainment inside the game. Virtual credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money.

2. Delivery

Credits are added to your account instantly after a successful payment. If credits do not appear within 30 minutes, contact us with your payment reference.

3. Refunds

• Purchases are non-refundable once credits are added to your account.
• If you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged twice, we will add the credits or refund the payment to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of the payment.

4. Cancellation

You can stop a subscription at any time; it will not renew after the current period. Credits already given for the current period stay in your account and are not refunded.
